The origins of the company go back to 1833 when Siegfried Bettman began the production and retail of bicycles using the brand Triumph. Velocipedes soon became motor-cycles already defined by the elegance that, still today, is typical of the brand. Triumph achieved success in 1953 with the movie "The Wild One" where Marlon Brando rode a 6T Thunderbird. In those years the brand had great success also in competitions when it detained the speed record between 1955 and 1970. Nel 1988, thanks to the oncoming of John Bloor, the brand returned to production aiming at reviving the memorable deeds of yore. Triumph proposes sharp character bikes, driven by bicylindric paralles and three sport cylindes that cut out a growing piece of market. Today Triumph is one of the most interesting European reality in the in motorcycling sector, skilled in confiding a growing number of fans seeking for a bike, sport or tourer of unique character. |
