| DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY - MARCH 3-7 Jason DiSalvo of Stafford, NY, Professional Factory Yamaha Motorcycle Racer is competing at Daytona International Speedway in the AMA Superbike races March 3rd through March 7th. DiSalvo will contest the Superstock class with the new 1000cc Yamaha R1. This will be televised live on Speed Channel Thursday March 4th starting at 3:00 PM with the race at 4:40. Jason tested at Daytona in December and crashed due to tire failure at 180 mph coming out of Nascar turn four. He was lucky to walk away with bruises and scraps from a very scary incident. He tested at Daytona International Speedway again in January with new tires and posted the fastest Superstock time of the test; 148.6, which carried speed in excess of 180 mph. |

DiSalvo will also compete in the Supersport race on his factory prepared Yamaha 600cc R6. The Supersport race will be televised live on Saturday starting at 10:00 am with the race at 10:30. In pre-season testing Jason has run in the top 3 at various tracks posting the fastest time at some. |

| DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY - MARCH 4, 2004 DiSalvo Qualifies 2nd Fastest A front row start for Jason DiSalvo with a blistering 148.4 on the 3.56 road course at Daytona International Speedway. "The drama was crazy" stated Jason. "I had 148 plus after the 6th lap and the timing monitors showed as having provisional pole position. At that point with about 4 minutes to go I decided to set and wait. As the checkerd flag ended qualifying they announced me having the pole, the media began to interview me when a flash on the screen moved me to second place, due to a malfunction on the timing in the last 10 seconds, moving me to second. It was a little disappointing, but the race is Thursday and that's what counts." 9:00 AM Thursday, March 4th in early morning practice Jason DiSalvo beats old track record posting the fastest time 152.197 beating the previous track record although not official because it was done in a practice session. Jason will be qualifying on his 600 Supersport machine at 11:30 AM Thursday, to determine the starting grid for Saturday's 600 Supersport race. The Superstock race will be televised live on Speed Channel today starting at 4:00 PM. |

DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY - MARCH 4, 2004 DiSalvo Sets New Record in 600 Supersport at Daytona International Speedway Jason broke an existing track record originally 152.6 seconds first by 151.847 and backed it up with a 150.998 giving him the pole for Saturday's Supersport race. Later on this afternoon Jason will participate in the 1000cc Superstock class which he qualified second fastest giving him a front row start. |

| DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY - MARCH 5, 2004 Sixth Place For DiSalvo In Superstock Jason DiSalvo of Stafford, NY, starting from his front row grid position was in the top 6 group of riders that did a break away from the rest of the field with the lead changing numerous times and the six bike freight train drafting to the finish line each lap sometimes three and four wide. Jason commented "He was a little short on gearing when in the draft and wasn't able to make good use of this important part of racing at the Daytona International Speedway." Jason's teammate Aaron Gobert finished first and Jamie Hacking finished second. The lead pack of six riders were within 9/100th of a second at the finish line. Jason is looking forward to Saturday's race having established pole position with his record setting time in qualifying of 150.998. |

DiSalvo Dominates 600 Supersport at Daytona International Speedway
Jason and the second place rider actually bumped as the two rushed for the finish line. Jason said, "I felt a little bump and got scared because I could only imagine what was going on behind me. I tried to look back as soon as I crossed the stripe and didn't see any smoke or anything crazy like that so I figured everything must be ok. This was my first pole at Daytona and then a win; this is a dream weekend. It would have been hard not to win out there with the Yamaha bike and Dunlop tires I was on." |

| INFINEON RACEWAY - APRIL 30, MAY 1-2 Jason DiSalvo the Yamaha Factory Rider from Stafford NY just completed a successful weekend at the Infineon Race track April 30,May 1st and 2nd with temperature in the 80's and 90's track conditions were good for the three day event. Beginning with practice on Friday and qualifying on Saturday Jason was consistent in running with the top contenders. In the 1000cc Superstock class Jason qualified 6th giving him a second row starting position, with a good start he was able to run with the leaders until a red flag forced a restart on lap 9, having moved up to 5th Jason was again on the second row for the restart. Again running with the top group it looked like a blue freight train with 4 of the top 5 being Yamaha's. At the checkered Jason finished 5th. |

The 600 Superstock class saw Jason again in the 6th grid starting position with a good start Jason moved into the 3rd spot chasing the top two riders for most of the race. Later in the race Disalvo experienced his tires going away and ended up 4th at the checkered flag. With a fifth in the 1000cc Superstock class Jason remains in 6th place in championship points and in the 600 Supersport class he maintains his second place standing in championship points. |

DiSalvo Stafford NY contested the AMA Superbike series May 22 &
23 at Pikes Peak International Raceway, Colorado Springs, CO in the
600 Supersport class and the 1000 Superstock class.
After a not so stellar showing the previous week at Barber Motor Sport Park in Birmingham AL where Jason finished 7th in the 1000 Superstock class and crashed out in the 600 Supersport class while running 3rd, Jason came back strong this weekend. In the 600 Supersport class Disalvo qualified 2nd on Saturday giving him a front row starting position for Sundays main event which was televised live on Speed Channel at 1:00PM EST. With a good start Jason was able to maintain a strong 3rd at the finish line giving him a well-deserved podium. n the 1000 Superstock class where Jason qualified 3rd on Saturday again starting from the front row, found himself seventh after the first few laps. Jason was able to work his way back up to 4th at the checkered flag. With six rounds left in the series, Jason is now tied for 4th in 1000 Superstock class and tied for 5th in the 600 Supersport class. |

| ROAD AMERICA ELKHART LAKE, WI - JUNE 4-6 Jason DiSalvo of Stafford, NY a Yamaha factory racer just returned from a successful weekend in Elkhart Lake, WI on June 4, 5, and 6 where he posted two 4th place finishes in the American Motorcycle Association Superbike Series. With the season marking the halfway point the championship standings are becoming more important with each race. In the 600 SuperSport class Jason qualified 4th quickest on Saturday giving him a front row starting position for Sunday's main event. With a great start Jason lead the field into turn 1 and ran with the lead pack finishing 4th at the checkered flag. The championship points show Jason 5th overall in the current standings. The 1000 SuperStock class saw Jason qualify 6th on Saturday putting him in row 2 of the starting grid. Having a good start Jason ran with the lead pack of seven, which diced for position and at the final flag Jason ended up 4th. The current point standings moves Jason into 4th place putting him within reach of the top 3. |

| Yamaha Factory road racer, Jason DiSalvo from Stafford, New York, completed a successful weekend of racing at Brainerd International Raceway in Minnesota, Friday, June 25th through Sunday, June 27th. DiSalvo competed in the American Motorcycle Association's National in the 600cc SuperSport and the 1000cc SuperStock classes, with practice, with practice on Friday, qualifying on Saturday and the finals on Sunday. During practice on Friday Jason was up to speed posting times in the top 3 in SuperStock and top 6 in SuperSport. With qualifying on Saturday Jason put the 1000cc SuperStock bike on the front row with the 3rd fastest time. In the 600cc SuperSport Jason was 5th quickest giving him a 2nd row starting position. With Sunday starting cool and wet, the days events were delayed. By race time at 11:00am the 1000cc SuperStock class all was ready. With a great start Jason was the with the lead group wich broke away fromt the pack by lap 6 and became a 3-way battle for first, with the lead 3 running close in every corner. In the final lap Jason made a move for 2nd place just as the group approached lapped traffic which prevented him from making his move. At the finish line DiSalvo was 3rd giving him a well-deserved podium position. The current point's standings in SuperStock show Jason in 4th place. The SuperStock race will be aired on Speed Channel Tuesday, July 6th. |

The
600cc SuperSport race (which was televised live) at noon Sunday, June
27th started with the top 8 machines changing positions almost every lap.
Jason diced with the leaders going into first place on lap 6 and while
leading the race a red flag stopped the race. With the rain delay about
1/2 hour the riders changed tires and waited for the restart. Due to a
new grid based on the position when the red flag was shown, Jason started
on the front row. At the restart it was a rush to turn one with 4 or 5
bikes swapping places for the shortened race lead. At the checkered, DiSalvo
was 3rd again giving him another podium position. Jason is currently 5th
in the SuperSport standing with four races left in the season. |

weekend makes me pretty happy, the racing in both classes was fun and
as usual the Yamaha bikes with Dunlop tires worked really well." |

| LAGUNA SECA RACEWAY MONETARY, CA - JULY 9-11 Pole Position and 2nd Place Finish Move DiSalvo into 3rd Overall in the 600 SuperSport National Championship Jason DiSalvo of Stafford N.Y. returned from the AMA/ World Superbike races at Laguna Seca Raceway in Monetary CA where he competed July 9, 10 and 11th. Having posted the fastest times in all practice sessions for the entire weekend Jason went on to set pole position in the 600 SuperSport class and 2nd to pole in the 1000 SuperStock class. During the Supersport race starting from the 1st row pole position Jason ran a consistent race to finish 2nd. In the 1000 SuperStock class Jason went to the lead in the first lap and led the race until the 5th lap. Having chosen a medium hard rubber compound Jason was unable to hold grip giving up first, then in a wild off track excursion in turn 11 running into the gravel pit and back on to the track finishing 5th "the week in California was good with only 3 races left I have to stay consistent to hold my 3rd place ", commented Jason. DiSalvo races next at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington Ohio where many local friends and family will be in attendance. |

| MID OHIO SPORTS CAR COURSE LEXINGTON, OH - JULY 23-25 DISALVO
ACES MID OHIO SUPERSTOCK RACE
Jason DiSalvo of Stafford, NY spent this past weekend, July 23rd through 25th, at the Mid Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio competing in the AMA Superbike race series. He competed in the 1000 Superstock class and the 600 Supersport class before a crowd estimated at 120,000, including family and friends who made the 300 mile trip to cheer on their local hero. Jason didn't let them down; he was consistently one of the fastest in both classes. The weekend started with some slow practice on Friday due to early morning rain and concluded with some fast afternoon practice seeing Jason crashing on his 600. No damage to him. Saturday was cool but nice with morning practice showing Jason had the course well dialed in. The 1000 Superstock qualifying was great with Jason taking the pole position while setting a new track record. The start of the race saw Jason second for the first 6 laps making a daring inside pass on the leader then taking control of the race. On Lap 14 a red flag was shown and the race was called complete with Jason being the victor. This is Jason's first win in the 1000 Superstock class. In the 600 Supersport class where Jason had qualified second fastest saw him running with the lead pack in the early stages of the race then a quick crash took Jason out of the race again leaving him unhurt. With the win in the Superstock class Jason is now within striking distance of the Championship with him now being in 4th place. The crash in the 600 Supersport class moved Jason to 5th place in the 600 Supersport Championship. Jason commented "It was a good weekend with my first win in the Superstock class which I've been working toward." Jason is currently testing at Road Atlanta for the upcoming race there in September. The Superstock race from Mid-Ohio will be telecast on Speed Channel Tuesday, August 3rd at 1:00P. |

Jason DiSalvo of Stafford, New York spent the holiday weekend of September 3, 4, & 5th at Road Atlanta which proved to be some of the best racing this year in the AMA SuperSport and SuperStock Classes. With practice on Friday, qualifying on Saturday, and back to back races on Sunday it was a fast paced event. On Friday Jason was among the fastest in both classes and on Saturday continued his fast pace by qualifying 2nd fastest in both the 1000 SuperStock and 600 SuperSport classes. With a front row start in the SuperStock class Jason ran 2nd for a few laps before taking the lead and setting the pace for four laps until a near high-side moved him back to fifth. A charge later in the race moved Jason to 4th and on the last lap attempting a move for third a slight touch with another bike sent Jason off into the grass but a great save allowed Jason to keep it on two wheels re-entering the track and ultimately finishing 5th. Jason commented, "It was a fun race with more excitement then any other race." |

In
the 600 SuperSport class again with a front row start Jason moved into
the lead for 2 laps then diced with two other riders for the duration
of the race with a three bike battle for 1st place and some of the closest
racing this year. Jason finished 3rd taking his 7th podium of the year.
With one race left at Virginia International Raceway in 2 weeks, Jason
is looking to continue his top form to close the season on a positive
note. Current point standings have Jason 4th in the 1000 SuperStock and
5th in the 600 SuperSport Series.

VIRGINIA INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY - SEPTEMBER, 9-10 2004 Jason DiSalvo of Stafford, New York competed in the AMA SuperBike National Road Race at Virginia International Raceway, October 9th and 10th. The race weekend was shortened to a two day event due to the original September date being rescheduled because of Hurricane IVAN. Practice and qualifing was Saturday morning for both the 1000cc SuperStock race scheduled for late Saturday afternoon and the 600cc SuperSport Race scheduled for Sunday afternoon. Perfect conditions set the scene for a perfect race weekend. To define a perfect weekend: 2 track records in qualifing, 2 pole positions and 2 class wins! In the 1000cc SuperStock class Jason started Saturday morning practice with the fastest time then breaking the track record with a blistering 1:25:328, bettering the previous record by well over 1 second. From the green light Jason lead into turn 1 never looking back and bettering the field by 1/2 second per lap. At one point having a nine second gap over the second place rider ultimately winning by 7 seconds in a wire-to-wire race. |

The
600cc SuperSport class began qualifying Saturday with Jason smashing the
existing track record by setting a pole position with 1:26:762. The race
began with Jason a great start snagging the lead into turn 1 with his
teammates in hot pursuit. During the 17 lap race Jason lead 14 total laps
swapping places with 2 of his teammates several times in the waning laps.
Ultimately, Jason came out on top winning by a margin of only 2/100's
of a second, collecting the final piece of his "perfect weekend."

Team
Yamaha set an AMA record by collecting all 3 podium positions in one race.
The final AMA 1000cc SuperStock Championship points race ended with Jason
missing 3rd place by 1 point, and out of first by only 7. In the 600cc
SuperSport class Jason finished a solid 5th in 2004. With the season now
complete, Jason will be in Ireland and England in late October before
returning to test in Nevada in November.
